These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of products, templates, trainings, and services offered by Flow Easy HQ, owned and operated by KellyCo Consulting, LLC. By purchasing or accessing any of our materials, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Access & License

When you purchase a Flow Easy HQ digital product or enroll in a program, you receive a non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access the materials for your own business use. You may not share, distribute, duplicate, resell, or give access to any part of our content to third parties without written permission from our team.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, including:

— Sharing login access or distributing course materials
— Reselling or repackaging our templates, training, or frameworks
— Reverse engineering or copying Flow Easy HQ systems for competitive offerings
— Uploading or transmitting harmful code or malicious content

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate removal of access without refund, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered. By purchasing, you authorize our third-party payment processors to charge the card or payment method you provide.

If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price and are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled simply to avoid the remaining balance.

Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or removal of access, suspension of services, and collection of the outstanding balance, as permitted by applicable law.

Your payment obligation continues until the agreed purchase price has been paid in full, subject to any rights available to you under applicable law.

4. Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

Flow Easy HQ digital products, templates, trainings, and done-for-you services are non-refundable except when a refund, cancellation, or right of withdrawal is required by applicable law.

Certain customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights based on their country or region. For eligible consumers, including those in the European Union, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Where permitted by law, customers purchasing digital products supplied immediately after purchase may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge or waive the applicable right of withdrawal.

5. Results Disclaimer

I provide training, frameworks, and tools intended to help improve email marketing and business performance. Results vary based on factors including implementation, strategy, audience, products, market conditions, and individual effort. Flow Easy HQ and KellyCo Consulting, LLC do not guarantee specific financial, revenue, or performance outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, templates, frameworks, text, graphics, training materials, downloads, and proprietary systems, is the intellectual property of Flow Easy HQ and KellyCo Consulting, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, resell, or commercially exploit our materials without written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products or services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our company, customers, systems, intellectual property, or other users.

Termination for a violation of these Terms does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Third-Party Tools & Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate portions of our business, process transactions, deliver communications, host content, and provide customer services. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Third-party tools and platforms operate under their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

9. Statutory Rights & International Customers

Depending on where you live, applicable consumer-protection laws may provide rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or waived by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to your purchase, the applicable legal requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.
